We ship ZZTirans kits worldwide. Most European orders ship within 24 hours of payment from our Lyon network. International orders ship within 48 hours via partnered carriers.

Import duties and taxes
Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These are not charged at checkout and are collected by your local carrier or customs agency.
For US orders, we do not collect state sales tax (we are under the $100,000 economic nexus threshold in all US states). Buyers are responsible for any use tax owed in their state.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of shipment. Track at /track-order using your order number and email.
Lost, delayed, or damaged
- Delayed: if standard delivery is more than 5 business days late, email support@zztirans.com — we’ll open a carrier trace and (if confirmed delayed) credit your account for the shipping cost.
- Lost: if the carrier confirms loss, we ship a replacement at our cost.
- Damaged in transit: photograph the damaged package + contents and email within 72 hours. We replace damaged items free or refund.
Signature required
Orders over $100 ship with signature requirement to reduce chargebacks. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a re-delivery card.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO
We can ship to PO Boxes for small kits (Mini Apartment, Fragile, Storage). Larger kits require a physical address. APO/FPO accepted via USPS.
Public holidays
Orders placed on French public holidays ship the next business day. Our Lyon hub closes for the first week of August.
