ZZTirans loves seeing how our moving kits perform in real life: kitchens being packed, fragile glassware surviving cross-country moves, families settling into a new home. This Content License explains the rules when you choose to share that kind of content with us. The platform is operated by Z TRANS SARL (SIREN 498 330 182, 21 Rue du Dix Neuf Mars 1962, 38690 Biol, France).
This Content License is part of our Terms of Service. It applies whenever you submit content to zztirans.com or interact with us on social media using our brand hashtags or @-mentions.
1. What Counts as “User Content”
“User Content” means anything you actively share with ZZTirans, including:
- product reviews, star ratings, written feedback;
- photographs of our products, packaging, kits or your move;
- videos and reels, including those originally posted on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or similar platforms and tagged with our brand;
- text submissions to “tips from our customers” features or Q&A sections;
- testimonials sent by email and explicitly marked as shareable.
Private messages to support@zztirans.com that you do not flag as shareable are not User Content. They are processed under our Privacy Policy and used only to handle your case.
2. Licence You Grant Us
When you submit User Content, you grant Z TRANS SARL a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use that User Content for any purpose connected with the promotion or operation of ZZTirans.
Examples of permitted uses:
- displaying the content on zztirans.com (product pages, gallery, blog, homepage);
- featuring the content in social media posts, stories and reels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn);
- including the content in paid advertising creatives;
- including the content in email marketing campaigns;
- using the content in printed marketing materials, trade show stands and partner co-marketing;
- editing the content (cropping, colour correction, adding captions or our logo, combining with other content);
- translating the content into any language.
This licence covers your User Content as a whole and any part of it. We may keep using submitted content even after you delete your account, although you can always ask us to take down a specific item under §6.
3. What You Keep
You remain the owner of the User Content you create. Granting us a licence does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property right. You are free to use your own content elsewhere, post it on your own channels and submit similar content to other brands.
4. Promises You Make
By submitting User Content, you confirm that:
- you are the author of the content, or you have all the rights and permissions needed to grant the licence above;
- the content does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, design right, personality right or other intellectual property right;
- every identifiable person in the content has agreed to appear in it for marketing purposes; for minors, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and have given consent;
- the content does not contain confidential information of anyone else and does not violate any contract you are bound by;
- the content does not breach our Acceptable Use Policy (no hate speech, harassment, illegal content, sensitive personal data of third parties, etc.);
- the content accurately reflects your honest experience with our products; if you received the product for free or at a discount, you will say so;
- the content does not contain advertising for competing products, malware, surveillance code or hidden links.
You agree to indemnify ZZTirans against reasonable losses caused by a serious breach of these promises (for example, if a photographer sues us because you submitted their photo without permission).
5. Moderation and Removal
We may, but are not required to, review User Content before or after publication. We can remove or refuse User Content that:
- breaches this Content License;
- breaches our Acceptable Use Policy;
- is requested to be removed by a court, regulator or rights-holder;
- is reported as inappropriate by another user and confirmed on review;
- becomes outdated, factually inaccurate or harmful to readers.
Removing a piece of User Content does not, on its own, terminate the licence over any previous use we already made of it (for example, in a printed catalogue).
6. How to Request Removal
If you want a specific item of your User Content removed:
1. Email support@zztirans.com from the email address you used to submit it.
2. Include the URL or a clear description of the content.
3. State that you want it taken down.
We process most takedown requests within seven working days. Some uses, such as printed materials already distributed or paid ads already in flight, may need a little more time to fully unwind. We will not, however, use the content in new campaigns once you have asked us to stop.
7. DMCA Notice and Counter-Notice
If you are a rights-holder who believes that content on zztirans.com infringes your copyright, you can send a notice complying with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). The notice must include:
- your contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- the URL of the allegedly infringing content;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent or the law;
- your physical or electronic signature.

If we take content down following a DMCA notice, the original poster may file a counter-notice with the same details, asserting that the content is lawful or that they have the necessary permissions. We will share the counter-notice with the complainant and, unless court action is started within ten working days, may restore the content.
For trademark, design-right or other intellectual-property complaints, please use the same email address with a clear subject line (“Trademark Notice”, “Design Right Notice”) and a similar level of detail.
8. Privacy of People in User Content
If your User Content shows another identifiable person (a partner, a family member, a friend helping with the move), please make sure they are comfortable being featured publicly. We may ask for confirmation. If a person depicted in a piece of User Content asks us to remove it, we will normally remove or blur them, regardless of the original poster’s preference.
9. Consequences of Breach
If you submit User Content in breach of this Content License or our Acceptable Use Policy, we may:
- take the content down;
- restrict your ability to submit further content;
- close your customer account;
- pursue legal action where the breach has caused us measurable harm.
These remedies are in addition to anything that applies under our Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
This Content License is governed by French law, in line with our Terms of Service. Disputes are handled as set out in that document. Consumer rights granted by mandatory law in your country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Updates
We may update this Content License to reflect new platforms, new types of submissions or new legal requirements. The current version, dated below, is the one that applies. Material updates are announced on the website footer and, where appropriate, by email to active customers.
