ZZTirans ships moving and packing kits worldwide from our French warehouse in Biol (38690), France. This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, how much it costs and how we handle the unexpected. The seller is Z TRANS SARL, SIREN 498 330 182, 21 Rue du Dix Neuf Mars 1962, 38690 Biol, France.
1. Where We Ship
We currently deliver to the following regions:
- European Union (all 27 member states)
- United Kingdom
- United States (continental and Hawaii)
- Canada
- Australia and New Zealand
- Most of the rest of the world, including Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, the Gulf countries, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa.
We do not currently ship to: countries under EU or UN sanctions, war zones, and territories where carriers refuse to deliver consumer parcels. The checkout will flag the address if shipping is not available.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
All times below are business days from the date the parcel leaves our warehouse, not from the date of order. Orders are usually handed over to the carrier within 1 to 2 working days after payment is captured.

These figures are good-faith estimates from our carrier partners. Customs clearance, peak season (November–January), strikes and exceptional weather may extend them. The figures used here match those referenced in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
3. Carriers
Depending on the destination and the parcel weight, we use:
- Colissimo and Chronopost (La Poste group) for France and most of Europe;
- DHL Express and UPS for international air freight;
- FedEx International for North America;
- Local last-mile partners in Australia, Japan and the Middle East.
We choose the carrier; if you have a strong preference, contact support@zztirans.com before payment and we will tell you whether it is feasible.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. As a general guideline:
- Orders below USD 50: a base fee starting at USD 6.90 for the EU, USD 14.90 for the UK and USD 19.90 for the rest of the world.
- Orders between USD 50 and USD 150: a standard fee that scales with the order weight.
- Orders of USD 150 or more: free standard shipping to the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Express or signature-required upgrades are offered as paid options on eligible destinations.
5. Import Taxes, Customs and Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union (including the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world), the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for paying:
- import VAT or sales tax;
- customs duties;
- carrier brokerage fees if any.
Our checkout displays a reminder before payment. The carrier will contact you on arrival in your country if duties are due. Refusing a parcel because of duties does not entitle you to a full refund: the original outbound shipping cost and any return charges will be deducted from the refund.
6. Order Tracking
You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking is also available from your account page at zztirans.com.
Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. International parcels may show a “no update” gap of several days while in transit between countries; this is normal.
7. Split Shipments
Large orders (typically full-house moving kits combined with extra bubble wrap or many cardboard boxes) may be split across multiple parcels for safer handling and to comply with carrier weight limits. You will receive a separate tracking number per parcel. There is no extra cost for split shipments.
8. Signature on Delivery
For orders with a value of USD 100 or more, signature on delivery is enabled by default. For orders below that threshold, signature is optional but recommended. If no one is available, the carrier follows its usual process (delivery to a parcel locker, a neighbour, the local depot, or a re-delivery attempt). After two failed attempts, the parcel is usually held for collection for 7 to 14 days before being returned to us.
9. PO Boxes, APO / FPO and Restricted Addresses
We can deliver to APO and FPO US military addresses through USPS hand-offs, but transit times are slower (3 to 6 weeks) and tracking ends at the US border. Standard PO Boxes are accepted only in countries where local carriers deliver parcels to PO Boxes (which excludes most of the EU). If a carrier refuses your address type, we contact you to arrange an alternative.
10. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Parcels
- Damage on arrival: please refuse the parcel if visibly broken, or accept it with reservation and contact us within 72 hours with photographs (see the Refund Policy for details).
- Significantly delayed parcel: a parcel is officially considered lost when the carrier confirms it as such, which is typically:
– 15 days after dispatch for EU intra-community shipments;
– 30 days after dispatch for international shipments.
Before that, we ask you to wait while we open a carrier investigation.
- Lost parcel: we file the claim with the carrier on your behalf. You do not need to call the carrier yourself. As soon as the loss is confirmed, we send a free reshipment or issue a full refund, at your choice.
11. Unreachable or Wrong Addresses
If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete, the recipient was unreachable, or the recipient refused to pay duties, we reach out by email and offer:
- a re-shipment at the buyer’s expense, or
- a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return fees billed by the carrier.
We cannot redirect a parcel that is already in transit; please double-check the address at checkout.
12. Holiday and Peak Season
Around French public holidays, Black Friday week, and the Christmas / New Year period, expect 2 to 4 additional working days on top of the standard estimates. We post a banner on the website with the dispatch cutoff dates in November.
