Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what is and what is not acceptable when using zztirans.com, our APIs, our customer service channels and any other service operated by Z TRANS SARL (SIREN 498 330 182, 21 Rue du Dix Neuf Mars 1962, 38690 Biol, France). It applies to every visitor, registered customer, reviewer and integration partner.

This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service. If the two documents conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.

1. Purpose

ZZTirans is an online shop. Our priorities are simple: a safe website for customers, a fair platform for reviewers, and a stable infrastructure for everyone. This AUP exists to keep things that way.

2. General Conduct

When you use our site, you agree to:

  • act lawfully under your local law, French law and EU law;
  • respect other users, our staff and our partners;
  • only use ZZTirans accounts and services that belong to you;
  • not interfere with anyone else’s enjoyment of the site.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • Scrape, crawl, mirror, harvest or otherwise extract content from zztirans.com using automated tools beyond the limits set by our robots.txt file or any rate limits we enforce.
  • Abuse our APIs (whether public or undocumented), including sending requests at a rate that degrades service for other users.
  • Place automated orders (“scalping”), use bots to monitor stock, or use multiple accounts to bypass per-customer purchase limits.
  • Resell ZZTirans products as part of an unauthorised commercial activity, including arbitrage on third-party marketplaces.
  • Post fake reviews, paid reviews without disclosure, or reviews written by people who have not actually purchased the product.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to extract the source code of any software, tag or component delivered by zztirans.com.
  • Attempt to intercept communications between our customers and our servers (man-in-the-middle attacks, SSL stripping, ARP spoofing on shared networks).
  • Send or attempt to send a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack against our infrastructure or our partners’ infrastructure.
  • Upload, post or submit malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, spyware or any other malicious code.
  • Send phishing emails or impersonate ZZTirans, its staff, its carriers or its payment provider.
  • Register domain names or social media handles that imitate ZZTirans (typosquatting, lookalike characters, fake “support” pages).
  • Sell, redistribute or otherwise commercialise counterfeit replicas of our packaging, kits or marketing assets.
  • Carry out any activity that violates economic sanctions or export-control laws applicable to ZZTirans (EU, US, UK).

4. User-Generated Content Rules

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, ratings, Q&A entries or any other content, that content must not:

  • be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent or threatening;
  • harass, bully, intimidate or discriminate against any person based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other protected characteristic;
  • contain the personal information of third parties (other people’s full names, addresses, phone numbers, ID documents, financial data);
  • contain advertising, spam, affiliate links, coupon abuse or promotion of competing brands;
  • infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, design right or other intellectual property right;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
  • describe products falsely or in a way that misleads other shoppers.

We may, but are not obliged to, moderate content. We can edit, refuse or remove any submission that we believe breaches this AUP, our Content License, or applicable law.

5. Account Security

Each user is responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and for every action performed under their account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and write to support@zztirans.com so we can investigate. We may temporarily suspend an account whose behaviour suggests it has been compromised.

6. Monitoring and Audit

We may monitor traffic, server logs, order patterns and customer service exchanges to:

  • detect fraud and abuse;
  • enforce this AUP and our Terms of Service;
  • comply with our legal obligations;
  • protect our customers, our staff and our partners.

The legal basis for this monitoring is our legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and, where applicable, our legal obligations under Art. 6(1)(c). Personal data collected for monitoring purposes is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Reporting Abuse

To report a violation of this AUP — including abusive content, a suspected fake review, a phishing attempt that impersonates us, or a security vulnerability — please write to:

abuse@zztirans.com

Include in your message: the URL or content involved, the date and time you observed it, screenshots or headers if you can share them safely, and how we can reach you. We acknowledge reports within two working days and treat each one confidentially.

If you are a security researcher disclosing a vulnerability, we ask you to avoid accessing customer data, avoid running destructive tests on production data, and give us a reasonable time to fix the issue before public disclosure.

8. Consequences of Breach

Depending on the seriousness and the history of breach, we may:

1. Issue a warning, with guidance on how to comply.

2. Remove the offending content or downgrade an account’s privileges.

3. Suspend the account temporarily.

4. Terminate the account permanently and refuse future orders.

5. Cancel pending orders and refund any unfulfilled balance, minus reasonable losses.

6. Refer the case to law enforcement, the CNIL, the carrier’s fraud unit or our payment provider.

7. Take legal action to recover damages or seek injunctive relief before the courts of Grenoble, France, in line with our Terms of Service.

Where the breach causes immediate harm — for example, an active DDoS or a phishing kit deployed against our brand — we may skip the warning stage and apply more severe measures directly.

9. Relationship with Other Policies

This AUP works hand in hand with:

  • our Terms of Service, which form the overall contract;
  • our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data;
  • our Content License, which sets out who owns and can use user-submitted content;
  • our Cookie Policy, which describes how we track activity on the site.

10. Changes

We may update this AUP, especially when new abuse patterns appear. Material updates are announced on the website footer and, where appropriate, by email to active customers. Continued use of zztirans.com after the new version takes effect means you accept it.

For questions about this AUP, contact support@zztirans.com.
