Ordering and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers. All processed by Stripe.

Can I pay in my local currency?

We display prices in USD by default. EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and JPY are coming. Your card issuer converts at the rate of payment.

Do you charge VAT?

French and EU buyers see VAT-inclusive prices. Non-EU buyers see net prices and are responsible for any import duties at delivery.

Can I order by phone?

Yes — call +33 759 069 145 (FR business hours). For most orders, the website is faster.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

France: 1-3 business days. EU: 2-5 days. UK: 5-7 days. US/Canada: 7-14 days. Australia: 10-21 days. See /shipping for full table.

Is shipping free?

Free on orders over $150. See the shipping rates table.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Small and medium kits, yes. Big House Kit and Office Move Kit require a physical address.

Will my package be tracked?

Yes — every order ships with tracking. You’ll get a tracking link by email within 24 hours of shipment.

Products

Are the boxes new?

Yes — all boxes are new, 32 ECT freight-grade corrugated cardboard.

Are the boxes recyclable?

Yes — all boxes are 100% recyclable and made from minimum 70% recycled content.

Can I customize a kit?

For small adjustments (add/remove items), yes — email support@zztirans.com with your order. For large custom kits (office moves over 30 desks, fragile-heavy moves), we’ll build a quote.

What’s the difference between Studio and Mini Apartment kits?

Mini Apartment Kit (K-08, $49) is for very small studios under 25 m² or single-room moves. Studio Mover Kit (K-01, $69) has more boxes for a fully furnished studio up to 35 m².

Do bigger kits really save money?

Yes. The Family Mover Kit at $189 contains ~$240 of items at single-item prices.

Returns

Can I return an unopened kit?

Yes — 14 days from delivery, full refund. See /returns.

Can I return an opened kit?

Non-fragile kits: 14 days with 20% restocking fee. Fragile-only items: no returns once opened (hygiene + foam compression).

My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email photos to support@zztirans.com within 72 hours. We replace or refund.

Account

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is available. But an account lets you track orders and reorder faster.

How do I delete my account / my data?

Email privacy@zztirans.com. We delete personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations (10 years for invoices, per French commercial law).

Business / wholesale

Do you sell wholesale?

For moving companies, real estate agencies, and large-scale buyers we offer wholesale pricing. Email support@zztirans.com with volume.

Can my business get an invoice with VAT details?

Yes. At checkout enter your VAT number and your invoice will include all French VAT-mandated fields.

Sustainability

What’s your environmental footprint?

Boxes are recyclable and made from recycled content. Our Lyon-based freight network means most EU orders travel less than 1,500 km. Single-use plastic in our kits is minimised — bubble wrap is the only plastic and we are evaluating biodegradable alternatives for 2027.

Do you offset emissions?

Not yet — we’re working on a transparent offset partner. Updates by end of 2026.
