Returns — Simple and fair

We offer 14-day returns on unopened kits and have specific rules for hygiene-sensitive items. See the full policy at /refund-policy. Below is a quick summary and a step-by-step return guide.

Step 1: Open a return

Email support@zztirans.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The SKU(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return (helps us improve)
  • Photos if damaged

We respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.

Step 2: Pack and ship

  • Use the original packaging if possible
  • Include all items from the kit (missing items reduce the refund pro-rata)
  • Attach the return label to the outside of the box

Step 3: Get refunded

Once we receive the return, we inspect within 3 business days. If everything is in order:

  • We refund to your original payment method
  • Stripe typically posts the refund within 5-7 business days
  • You receive a confirmation email

Order arrived damaged?

You have 72 hours from delivery to report transit damage. Email photos to support@zztirans.com and we will replace the damaged item free or refund. Do not throw away the damaged packaging until we confirm.

Returns from outside the EU

International returns are slow and expensive. For orders shipped outside the EU, we’ll often refund and let you keep the item rather than process the return. Email us first — we’ll figure it out.

Cancellations

Cancel any order before it ships for a full refund. Email support@zztirans.com with your order number. If the order has already shipped, treat it as a return.
