These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern every purchase made on zztirans.com and every visit to the site. By placing an order, creating an account or simply browsing the website, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please leave the site without using it.
1. The Seller
The seller is Z TRANS, a French SARL with share capital declared at the Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce of Vienne, registered under SIREN 498 330 182 (SIRET 498 330 182 00029), with its head office at 21 Rue du Dix Neuf Mars 1962, 38690 Biol, France, represented by its manager Olivier Zocca. VAT and shipping operations are conducted from France. You can reach us at support@zztirans.com or +33 759 069 145.
2. Products and Descriptions
ZZTirans sells consumer moving and packing supplies: full house moving kits, room-specific kits, fragile-item kits, single-line items such as cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, foam pouches, packing paper, tape and labels.
We make reasonable efforts to display each product accurately, including dimensions, weight, materials and the number of items per kit. Colours and textures may vary slightly because of monitor calibration and small differences between manufacturing batches. Where a kit composition is updated, the product page reflects the most recent version; previously delivered kits are not retroactively changed.
We are not liable for typographical errors. If a price is obviously wrong (e.g. a kit priced ten times below market), we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.
3. Prices and Currency
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) by default because most of our customers are international. The site can show indicative conversions in EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD; the binding price at checkout is the one charged by Stripe in the currency you confirm. Prices include applicable French VAT for shipments inside the EU; for shipments to countries outside the EU, the price is shown net of VAT and import taxes, which the buyer is responsible for (see §10).
We may change prices at any time, but never retroactively for an order already accepted.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is a binding offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email titled “Order confirmed”. A simple “Order received” message is not acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order:
- where the product is out of stock;
- where there is a suspicion of fraud or chargeback abuse;
- where the buyer has previously breached these Terms;
- where the delivery address is in a restricted region (sanctions, war zones, unreachable areas);
- where a pricing error is obvious.
In case of refusal, we refund any amount already debited within five working days.
5. Payment
We accept the major card brands processed by Stripe, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other method displayed at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Title to the goods does not pass to the buyer until full payment has been received and the order has been physically dispatched from our warehouse. Risk passes upon delivery to the buyer (B2C distance selling rule).
6. Delivery
Delivery times shown on the product page and at checkout are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. They depend on the carrier, the destination and customs clearance. The detailed shipping rules (zones, times, carriers, split shipments, signature on delivery, lost parcels) are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
EU and EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, transposed in France in Article L.221-18 of the Code de la consommation. The conditions, exceptions (sealed hygiene/fragility items, opened kits with restocking fee) and the practical return process are fully described in our Refund Policy.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information when ordering;
- keep your account credentials confidential;
- not resell our products as part of a commercial activity without our written consent;
- comply with all applicable laws when receiving the goods (including import rules in your country).
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address can receive the parcel and that someone is available to sign when required.
9. Intellectual Property
The zztirans.com website, including text, photographs, product images, illustrations, the ZZTirans logo, page layouts, source code and the structure of our kits, is protected by French and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, scrape or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Limited personal use (for example, saving a product page for your own reference) is permitted.
Brand names of carriers, payment providers and software vendors mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
10. Import Taxes and Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for paying any customs duties, import VAT and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. We do our best to provide accurate customs declarations, but we cannot pre-calculate duties on behalf of every jurisdiction. Refusing to pay duties and abandoning the parcel does not entitle you to a full refund: the original shipping cost and any return charges will be deducted.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, carrier disruption, customs lockdowns, cyber-attacks or government acts. If such an event lasts more than 60 days, either party may cancel the affected order and we will refund the amounts paid.
12. User Content
If you post reviews, photographs, videos or other content on our site or on our social channels using the brand hashtags, you grant ZZTirans a licence to use that content in line with our separate Content License page. You confirm that the content is yours, that it does not infringe any third-party rights and that it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.
13. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse or repeated harassment of our staff. Open orders that have already been paid for and dispatched are not affected; pending unpaid orders are cancelled.
You may close your account at any time by writing to support@zztirans.com.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under French law. Subject to that, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Content License, form the entire agreement between you and Z TRANS regarding your use of zztirans.com.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Before any litigation, we ask you to contact support@zztirans.com so we can try to resolve the issue amicably. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If no agreement is reached, the courts having jurisdiction are those of Grenoble, France, except where mandatory consumer protection law allows you to bring proceedings in the courts of your own place of residence within the EU.
